Our History

Founder Mark Liberman has been in the Condo/Co-op Property Management field for over 20 years. After moving to Connecticut, Mark obtained his Real Estate license in 2004, later acquiring a Brokerage in 2012. With the market fluctuations, Mark recognized that there was an opportunity to take his Real Estate and previous business experience to expand his services to Property Management, thus incorporating On the Mark Management, Property Management/Real Estate, LLC.

Since incorporating On the Mark Management in 2010, the practice has increased from a single licensed Real Estate Broker to a staff with combined Real Estate and Property Management experience of 30+ years. Our current staff includes 6 Licensed Relators and 8 Community Associations Managers, who collectively manage 18 properties (approximately 1500 units), consisting of multi-family rentals, condominiums, co-ops and mix-use residential/commercial properties.

Mark is the patriarch of On the Mark Management, setting the pace and philosophy for this unique and diversified Property Management company. Starting his career as Licensed Real Estate Agent (2004) and he went on to obtained his Community Association Manager License (2006) working in Connecticut on managing and selling premiere properties. In 2010 Mark decided to go out on his own, opening On the Mark Management. Since inception, Mark has grown the business managing multiple unit residential and commercial/residential properties, with the philosophy that it was all about protecting and enhancing property investments. Since opening, Mark has become a Licensed Real Estate Broker and obtained national credentials, including but not limited to: National Community Association Manager (AMS), Certified Manager of Community (CMCA) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Jaspur has been a hard worker since the age of 14, taking on jobs all the way through his college years. A graduate from Southern Connecticut State University, with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Jaspur, within 3 years, has taken on the dubious role of maintaining the inner-workings and financial operations of this growing company. With his knowledge of the category, financial acumen and his client-first attitude, Jaspur is in charge of delivering precise calculations to owners, managing accounts payable/receivables and ensuring detailed, accurate day-to-day fiduciary information. An avid golfer, snowboarder and music enthusiast, this team-player is the perfect addition to this family run firm.

Property Manager/Real Estate Sales Person

Dominic, or Dom as we like to call him, has been with us since the onset of 2017, but comes to the table with years of practical, hands on management experience that help him in his role of Property Management. In his prior life, Dom worked as an aerospace engineer for Pratt and Whitney, doing precision programing and testing of jet turbines. Taking what he learned about process and procedures, Dom hopped easily over to the property management field which has now been working in for over 5 years. In this time, Dom has worked with investors and landlords throughout Fairfield County. In addition to his management experience, Dom has mad skills in renovations, new construction and just about any housing property issues that you could name. Dom is very patient and a great listener, who excels at being an interface between customer and contractor. These skills, along with his charming smile, also make him a great as a sales and rental advocate for owners and landlords. When Dom is not working, you can find him sailing in the summer or in the kitchen cooking up a great meal. . .which self admittedly he loves eating as much the cooking part. You will love working with Dom, we certainly do.

Dena comes to the table as a registered Licensed Real Estate Agent, specializing in sales/rentals of homes, condominiums and coops. She is also an experienced Property Manager with the M100 Community Association Institute Course completed, focusing on Property Management of Condominiums and Multi-Family Units. What Dena has that many agents and Property Managers don’t have, is 14 years of professional Interior Design experience, giving her the ability to help elevate property values and selling prospects with staging, curb appeal suggestions, and re-design know-how. Working in several capacities, Dena can maneuver from developing sales connections, to staging space for best showings to reconfiguring/redesigning existing spaces to achieve optimal benefits. Greg, a native to Connecticut, is a Residential Real Estate Agent, specializing in geo-specific locations/property types. Prior to joining the team in 2015, Greg cut his teeth at Century-21Ò Real Estate, working as one their few bi-lingual agents. Greg wears many hats beyond agent, working as an Investor Relationship Specialist for buying and selling properties and as a Property Management support team, pushing towards become CAM certified. Greg is very approachable, has great fortitude and work ethic, and is a “solutions” kind of man, fitting perfectly. . .part of the family.

Senior Property Manager

Honorio has been involved in the residential management business since 1994 and as soon as it was required, attained his Certification Association Management (CAM) license. As an admirer of all things architecture and building design, Honorio enjoys all aspects of working in this field. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Honorio has received glowing accolades from both property owners and tenants. Beyond his day to day responsibilities, inclusive of planning and budgeting, he has managed a variety of projects. . .elevator modernization, cooling towers replacements, balconies and facades restoration, roofing, kitchen renovations and boiler installations, just to name a few. His attention to detail goes beyond his responsibilities at work to his hobby of building RC planes. To keep up with the rigors of his job, Honorio plays tennis and swims on a regular basis. We are sure you will enjoy working with Honorio as much as we do.

Administrative/Design Assistant

Hailing from Oxford, CT, Jenn is the newest addition to our property management family. Her varied experience in different industries has enabled her to quickly become a versatile player at OTMM. How you ask? Armed with a business degree from Salve Regina, Jenn spent the first years of her career working in a major Pharmaceutical company’s Human Resources department. There she became well versed in multi-disciplined clerical duties and HR regulatory responsibilities. After years in this space, Jenn decided that her calling was in Interior Design and Home Staging. She immediately invested her time in this field, becoming certified in Home Staging in the State of CT, subsequently opening her own Home Staging business, consulting with interior designers for both residential and corporate spaces. If that is not enough, in her spare time, when she isn’t volunteering for a good cause or traveling, you will find Jenn, recycling and selling used furniture with an update painted flair. We are so happy to have this happy talent aboard and hope you get a chance to work with her.

Shelby started working for On The Mark Management soon after receiving a degree in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. Rounding out the needs of the company, Shelby brings to the table the creative marketing insights and is always looking for new ways to help elevate the company in this category, while creating awareness of the new offerings.  She brings a fresh and exciting approach to the business, and believes customer satisfaction is at the upmost importance of any business, even more so, one owned and operated by family.

Located on premise, Georgann’s attention to detail, help her execute our contracted obligations which include but are not limited to: accounting services, collection and condo association liaison. When not greeting people with a smile at work, you can find Georgann bike riding with the joy of her life, her grandson, or baking one of the best cakes you will ever try.
